Automatic Payment (ACH)

Payments can be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking account on the due date. To use this method, download the Preauthorized Electronic Payment application and return it to us.

You may also enroll in automatic payments from your checking account using our online customer service tool, MyAccount.

Some advantages to using direct automatic payment using a checking account are:

  • There is no fee
  • Helps avoid late or missed payments
  • No need to write checks
  • No postage costs
  • Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account

When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your checking account on the due date.

Pay Online, by Mobile Device, or by Phone

Pay online or set up automatic recurring payments at MyAccount. Automatic payments set up on a credit/debit card and any type of one-time payment made through MyAccount will be processed by Payment Service Network.

To pay by mobile device, download the MyMeter App.

To pay by phone using Payment Service Network (PSN), call 1-866-917-7368. Please have your bill available so you can provide an account number.

PSN charges a convenience fee of $3.25 per online transaction or $4.20 per phone transaction; the maximum transaction amount is $300. PSN will allow you to make multiple transactions should your bill exceed the maximum amount. Your account will not be updated in our billing system until the following business day.

Pay In Person

Lodi Utilities customers may make payments in person at the utility office located at 130 South Main Street (City Hall) during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. A drop box is also located at the entrance of City Hall for your convenience. Only checks, money orders, or cash are accepted at the utility office.

Pay by Mail

Please use the convenient envelopes that accompany each month's utility bill. Or if you'd like, enclose payment with your own stamped envelope and mail to the address provided at the top of the bill.

If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only. Do not send cash. When paying by mail, be sure to include the top portion of the bill with your payment.
