Payments can be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To use this method, download the Preauthorized Electronic Payment application and return it to us.
Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:

- Helps avoid late or missed payments
- No need to write checks
- No postage costs
- Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account
When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.
Pay In Person
Lodi Utilities customers may make payments in person at the utility office located at 130 South Main Street (City Hall) during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. A drop box is also located at the entrance of City Hall for your convenience.
Pay by Mail
Please use the convenient envelopes that accompany each month's utility bill. Or if you'd like, enclose payment with your own stamped envelope and mail to the address provided at the top of the bill.
If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only. Do not send cash. When paying by mail, be sure to include the top portion of the bill with your payment.
Pay Online or by Telephone
Lodi Utilities offers credit/debit card or checking/saving account payments through Payment Service Network (PSN). You may make payments online using the Pay Your Bill option at the top of this page or by calling 1-866-917-7368 and choosing Option 1. Have your utility bill handy to provide your account number. There is a $2.95 fee per transaction along with a maximum payment of $300. PSN will allow you to make multiple transactions should your bill exceed the maximum amount. Your account will be credited the following business day.
Credit/debit card payments are not accepted in person at the Lodi Utility Office.
