We understand the concern and uncertainty many people are feeling regarding coronavirus disease (COVID-19). As your locally-owned, not-for-profit utility, we want to assure you that Lodi Utilities is here to serve you.
Our top priority is, as always, protecting the health and safety of our employees, our customers and our community. We are closely monitoring this rapidly evolving situation, and our utility is prepared and equipped to continue delivering you safe, reliable service and to responding to outages.
Here are just some of the steps we are taking:
- The utility office is closed to walk-in traffic until further notice. We encourage you to communicate with us via email or telephone: 608-592-3246.
- If you experience an outage, please contact us at 608-592-3246 during normal business hours of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. After hours, please use our emergency number 608-258-0027.
- We have many payments options available. You can pay your bill online, through your bank's bill payment online services, at our office outside drop box, by mail,or by signing up for automatic withdrawal by filling out this application or calling our office with your banking information. You may also make a payment over the phone by calling Payment System Network at 866-917-7368 (you will need your account number).
We want you to know that at this time customers who are unable to pay will temporarily not be disconnected for nonpayment; however, to ensure that we can continue providing the service you expect and deserve, we ask that customers able to continue timely payment of their bills please do so. We are also encouring those experiencing financial stress to pay what they are able so it does not become so burdensome when this crisis is over.
